On January 18-20th,our customer from Uzbekistan which established white top liner coating machine line from our company has arrived at our factory to start 3 days trips for visiting and studying.We provided comprehensive support from base paper choice,chemical formula and preparation,machine running and operating.They visited our paper making machine line that producing kraft paper from recycling pulp and paper coating machine line working in our customer’s plant,harvested a lot first hand information about paper,chemical and machine.Believe that they will improve their machine line and simplify there way to excellent product.

First day they arrived at Sishui,Jining City,Shandong province at afternoon and went to lab of our factory to test the quality of paper that produced by themselves.They compared their product with paper from Germany,India and their local market,found out that the paper printability is better with our clay but the brightness is not so good compared to Germany product.We studied their formulation and improved it with our successful experience,testing the result of our chemicals and comparing the paper quality with ours.

After warm hospitality with Chinese food and nice sleep in Hilton hotel,our customers team went to visit paper making machine line for studying pulp making,online coating and compare the base paper quality with their product.They also went to the warehouse that stored the recycled paper and pulping process.

At afternoon we went to the white top liner coating machine line in our customer’s plant,closely contacted with the machine line production process.They detailed studied the chemical preparation process with consulting the workers online and also the machine parts operating,getting large amounts of useful first hand information from the machine line running in close contact and they decided to continue to study for one more morning in next day.

3 days visit was finished on 20th and our customers were very grateful to our hospitality and comprehensive support.Believe that they will improve their quality and reduce the cost by support from us and continue long term business relationship with us.
