From January 18th to 20th, our valued customer from Uzbekistan, who established a white top liner coating machine line from our company, visited our factory for an enriching three-day journey of exploration and study. We extended comprehensive support covering aspects such as base paper selection, chemical formula and preparation, and machine operation. During their visit, they explored our paper-making machine line that produces kraft paper from recycled pulp, as well as the paper coating machine line operational in our customer's plant. This visit provided them with invaluable firsthand insights into paper production, chemical processes, and machine operations. We are confident that their machine line will see improvements, leading to the creation of an excellent product.

On the first day, upon their arrival in Shandong province in the afternoon, they visited our factory's lab to conduct tests on the quality of paper produced by their machine. Comparisons were made with paper from Germany, India, and their local market, revealing that our clay enhances paper printability, albeit with a slightly lower brightness compared to German products. Leveraging our successful experiences, we worked together to refine their formulation, testing the outcomes of our chemicals and comparing paper quality.

After enjoying Chinese hospitality and a comfortable stay at the Hilton hotel, our customer's team explored our paper-making machine line, delving into pulp production, online coating, and assessing base paper quality against their product. They also toured the warehouse storing recycled paper and witnessed the pulping process.

In the afternoon, we visited the white top liner coating machine line in our customer's plant, closely engaging with the production process. They meticulously studied the chemical preparation process, consulted with workers online, and examined machine parts, gathering substantial firsthand information. They decided to extend their study for an additional morning the next day.

The three-day visit concluded on the 20th, with our customers expressing gratitude for our hospitality and comprehensive support. We believe that our ongoing support will aid them in enhancing product quality, reducing costs, and fostering a long-term business relationship with us.
