1.Automatic Unwinding and Rewinding with Splicer

This automatic splicing system employs a double-drum support and pneumatic splicer for continuous operation. This design ensures the continuityof the high-speed production process by maintaining a constant tension on the paper, thereby improving the quality of the final product and significantly reducing machine downtime and paper waste.

2.AIR KNIFE COATER

Air knife coater in NCR paper coating machine could protect the microcapsules from damage while applying a perfectly uniform coating with its gentle, non-contact operation. This ensures excellent print clarity, eliminates stripes, and reduces the usage of chemical substances. Thus, it enhances your work efficiency and product quality.

3.Drying Section

The air floatation oven is an essential equipment for producing high-quality NCR carbonless paper coatings. Its non-contact design uses a thermal air cushion to support and dry the coated paper. This avoids interference to the coating, protects sensitive microcapsules, and eliminates marks on the paper. The result is better surface integrity, uniform drying, and higher production efficiency, enabling the production of perfect finished products.

4.Hot and Cooling Cylinders

The Dia 1.5m hot cylinders with steam heating can achieve rapid and uniform drying, which is conducive to efficiently processing the coating and is suitable for high-speed production.Subsequently, a dia 0.8m

water-cooling cylinder will precisely cool the paper, stabilize the sensitive microcapsule coating,

and enhance its final printing effect. This combination ensures excellent paper flatness,

reliable image clarity, and improved machine production efficiency.

5.Outsourced Accessories

To ensure the stable operation of coating line,we have established a stable cooperative relationship with internationally renowned accessories manufacturers.

A:

A: An NCR (No Carbon Required) carbonless paper coating machine line is a complete production system that manufactures multi-part business forms (like invoices, receipts, or delivery notes) without using traditional carbon paper. The line works by applying micro-encapsulated dye and a reactive clay coating onto precise areas of paper webs. When pressure is applied (e.g., from writing or printing), the capsules rupture, releasing dye that reacts with the clay to form a permanent mark on the subsequent sheet(s). Our automated line integrates uncoiling, precision coating, drying, rewinding, and sheeting for high-efficiency, continuous production.

A:

A: A standard, high-quality line from our factory includes several key modules: an unwind stand with automatic splicing, a tension control system, a precision coating head (often a gravure or Mayer rod coater for accuracy), a multi-zone hot air drying oven, a cooling system, a rewinding station, and a precision sheeter/slitter. Advanced lines also feature integrated process control, viscosity management for coatings, and quality inspection systems to ensure uniform coating weight and defect-free paper.

A:

A: Our NCR coating lines are designed for high-output manufacturing. Standard models offer production speeds ranging from 100 to 250 meters per minute, depending on the configuration and paper grade. The daily production capacity can typically reach 8-20 tons. We customize the line's speed and width (common web widths: 1,092mm to 2,000mm) based on your target volume, product specifications and investment plan.

A:

A: Yes, our advanced machine lines are engineered for versatile, multi-layer coating. They can sequentially apply all necessary coatings for NCR paper: the CB (Coated Back) layer containing microcapsules on the top sheet's back, the CFB (Coated Front and Back) layer with both reactive clay and microcapsules on intermediate sheets, and the CF (Coated Front) layer with only reactive clay on the bottom sheet's front. Our machines support precise single-side or double-side coating in one pass with perfect register control, ensuring consistent quality across all paper parts.

A:

A: We integrate several technologies for quality assurance: Precision laser-guided web control prevents misalignment. Automated viscosity and temperature controllers maintain coating mixture consistency. Closed-loop tension control throughout the process eliminates wrinkles and breaks. This high level of automation minimizes human error, reduces coating material waste, and guarantees that every meter of paper meets the required sensitization standard for clear, reliable image transfer.

A:

A: Absolutely. Our lines feature a centralized PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touchscreen, allowing for easy parameter setting, recipe memory, and one-touch operation. We provide comprehensive training for your engineers and operators. Maintenance is simplified with accessible component layouts, standardized parts, and detailed manuals. We also offer 24/7 remote technical support and a global network for spare parts to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.

A:

A: Our lines stand out due to:
1) Superior Coating Precision: Ensuring optimal and economical use of chemical coatings for perfect image development.
2) High Energy Efficiency: Our optimized drying systems significantly reduce steam or gas consumption.
3) Robust Construction & Reliability: Built with high-grade materials for stable, continuous 24/7 operation with low downtime.
4) Future-Proof Design: Modular architecture allows for future upgrades (e.g., adding a lacquering unit).
5) Comprehensive Support: From plant layout and installation to production commissioning and staff training.

A:

A: Yes, we specialize in tailoring the machine line to your specific needs. We can customize the web width, drying capacity, coating methods, automation level, and finishing options (rewinding vs. sheeting). Our full-scope after-sales service includes professional installation supervision, on-site commissioning and calibration, thorough operational training, a one-year warranty, lifetime technical consultation, and readily available spare parts. Our goal is to be your long-term partner for successful NCR paper production.
