2.AIR KNIFE COATER

Air knife coater in NCR paper coating machine could protect the microcapsules from damage while applying a perfectly uniform coating with its gentle, non-contact operation.This ensures excellent print clarity, eliminates stripes, and reduces the usage of chemical substances. Thus, it enhances your work efficiency and product quality.

3.Drying Section

The air floatation oven is an essential equipment for producing high-quality NCR carbonless paper coatings. Its non-contact design uses a thermal air cushion to support and dry the coated paper. This avoids interference to the coating, protects sensitive microcapsules, and eliminates marks on the paper. The result is better surface integrity, uniform drying, and higher production efficiency, enabling the production of perfect finished products.

4.Hot and Cooling Cylinders

The Dia 1.5m hot cylinders with steam heating can achieve rapid and uniform drying, which is conducive to efficiently processing the coating and is suitable for high-speed production.Subsequently, a dia 0.8m

water-cooling cylinder will precisely cool the paper, stabilize the sensitive microcapsule coating,

and enhance its final printing effect. This combination ensures excellent paper flatness,

reliable image clarity, and improved machine production efficiency.
