Configuration Overview                

1. Main Frame

Built with a full cast iron side frame and finished with metal baking varnish for maximum mechanical stability, vibration resistance, and long-term durability.

2. Unwinding & Loading System

Features an inflatable unwinding shaft and an electric auto-loading system for efficient and effortless handling of large-diameter jumbo rolls, minimizing manual intervention.

3. Web Guidance & Flattening System

Equipped with a bow roller device and an automatic web guide system to prevent material wrinkling and misalignment, ensuring consistent flatness and precise positioning throughout the process.

4. Printing & Drying Unit

At its core is a flexographic printing unit using water-based ink, supported by a closed ink knife (optional) and servo control for high registration accuracy on both sides. This is paired with an efficient hot air drying system for instant ink curing.

5. Slitting & Rewinding System

Designed for high-precision slitting with a dragging device to maintain web tension. It offers versatile rewinding, supporting both cored (12/15/17mm shafts) and coreless (8mm shafts) operations to meet various end-user requirements.

6. Control & Drive System

Centrally controlled by a Schneider PLC and servo system with a user-friendly touch screen interface. Integrated with a MIKOM inverter for stepless speed control and a WENNEW automatic tension system for perfectly wound rolls.

Includes a comprehensive suite of features such as auto counting, auto marking, a reverse gear mechanism, and an air pump waste disposal system, enabling continuous, high-efficiency production with minimal operator input.
